Les Arts Florissants - Le Jardin des Voix
The first guests speakers will be the team of Les Arts Florissants - Le Jardin des Voix, including the Co-director Paul Agnew, and the group singers of their 9th edition. The singers will explain everything you need to know about the characters of the Mozart's opera "La Finta Giardiniera", that they will perform in Hong Kong, as well as their experience at Le Jardin des Voix. Mythologies: Surrealism and beyond -- Masterpieces from Centre Pompidou, Paris
The second guest speaker is the curator of the next French May major exhibition - Mr. Didier Ottinger. In this knowledgeable video, you will learn about the artistic movement of Surrealism and it’s mythological origins through the artworks of the French National Museum: Centre Pompidou. Have a look at these masterpieces from Dali, Picasso, Pollock… accompanied by Mr. Ottinger comments. He will explain the philosophy behind the creation and how the paintings became the turning point in the art development.

Our third guest speaker is Ms Apo Wu, curator of the Hong Kong Museum of Art, partner of our next French May major exhibition ‘Mythologies: Surrealism and Beyond – Masterpieces from the Centre Pompidou, Paris'. In this video, Apo is taking you into the HKMoA's collections to explore the surrealism elements in artworks from 3 significant contemporary local artists: Luis Chan Fu-shan, Ha Bik-chuen and Antonio Mak Hin-yeung.
